Job Description
Are you confident in English, strong at customer conversations and consistent with sales follow-ups?
We are looking for an experienced inside-sales or telesales professional to handle online fabric enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and convert leads into orders.
Your responsibilities:
• Call and qualify incoming online enquiries
• Explain product options and handle customer objections
• Follow up on samples, quotations and buying decisions
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up dates in the CRM
• Work towards agreed sales and conversion targets
Requirements:
• Confident spoken English and Hindi
• Previous experience in sales calling, follow-ups and conversion
• Clear WhatsApp and email communication
• Strong listening skills and willingness to learn
Textile experience is not mandatory. Fabric and product training will be provided.
Candidates from inside sales, BPO sales, banking, insurance, education sales and B2B sales are welcome.
