Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of Algotest's algorithmic trading solutions and related financial products. The role involves converting leads, driving renewals, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert inbound and outbound leads into customers.

Sell Algotest's subscription plans and algorithmic trading solutions.

Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and customer retention.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

Requirements:

1–3 years of inside sales/telesales experience.

Experience in financial services such as Algo trading, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Demat & Trading Accounts, Wealth Management, Fintech, or similar industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Basic knowledge of stock markets or trading products is preferred.
