1. Indian Cook / ChefSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

• ResponsibilitiesPrepare a variety of Indian dishes as per the menu and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of Tandoor items and their preparation.
• Maintain taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation of food.
• Prepare ingredients and manage daily kitchen requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Indian Cook/Chef.
• Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine and Tandoor cooking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good hygiene and kitchen discipline.

2. Kitchen HelperSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Freshers and candidates with less experience can apply.

• ResponsibilitiesAssist the cook/chef with food preparation.
• Wash, clean, cut, and arrange vegetables and other ingredients.
• Support cooking and kitchen operations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist with storing and arranging kitchen materials.
• Follow instructions from the chef and senior kitchen staff.
• RequirementsCandidates with less experience can apply.
• Freshers may also be considered.
• Willingness to learn cooking and kitchen operations.
• Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
