Urgent Hiring Sales Promoter (Modern Trade)

Company:- Leading RO/Purifier Company.

Position:- Sales Promoter (Modern Trade)

Job Locations:

- Vijay Sales – Vikas Marg, Delhi

- Vijay Sales – Lajpat Nagar, Delhi

Salary & Benefits:

- 17,000 – 20,000 In-Hand

- 3,000 – 5,000 Monthly Incentive (Performance Based)

- Candidates with relevant RO/Water Purifier industry experience may receive 25,000 – 30,000 In-Hand, depending on experience and interview performance.

Qualification:

- Minimum 12th Pass

- Graduates Preferred

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales / Modern Trade

- Experience as a Sales Promoter / Product Demonstrator is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates currently working or having experience with:

- Reliance Digital

- Croma

- Vijay Sales

- Other reputed Electronics Retail Chains

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist walk-in customers and provide product demonstrations.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain product displays, visibility, and shelf hygiene.

- Execute in-store promotions and coordinate with store staff.

- Submit daily reports on sales, stock status, and competitor activities.

- Follow company SOPs, attendance, and grooming standards.
