Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding immigration and visa options, understanding their requirements, and guiding them throughout the application process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding immigration, visa, and overseas opportunities based on their profile and requirements.
• Understand clients’ educational, professional, financial, and personal backgrounds to suggest suitable immigration pathways.
• Handle leads generated through calls, online platforms, references, and other sources.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and convert leads into successful cases.
• Explain immigration processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, timelines, and applicable fees clearly to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and case status.
• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth case handling.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates throughout the process.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa requirements, and procedures.
• Ensure professional and ethical communication with clients at all times.
• Requirements 1–3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, counselling, or related sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of immigration/visa processes is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
