Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive
Company: Orgaal India
Location: Delhi (Work from Office)
Office Timings: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary
Orgaal India is seeking a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both in-house and Work From Home (WFH) employees, ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive and productive work culture. The candidate must be able to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Employee Management
Manage and monitor both In-House and Work From Home (WFH) employees.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, daily work reports, and performance tracking.
Ensure employees adhere to company policies, work schedules, and reporting procedures.
Coordinate regular follow-ups with employees and team leaders.
Organize virtual and in-person meetings with employees when required.
Monitor productivity and provide timely updates to management.
HR Operations
Prepare and maintain Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Employment Agreements, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with complete confidentiality.
Handle employee onboarding, exits, and full-and-final documentation.
Update HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures.
Performance & Employee Relations
Assist in employee performance evaluations and probation reviews.
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Promote a healthy, positive, and collaborative work environment.
Conduct employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
Support learning and development initiatives and coordinate training programs.
Attendance & Compliance
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and leave management.
Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports by employees.
Maintain HR compliance records and ensure adherence to company policies.
Generate HR reports, MIS reports, and employee performance summaries for management.
Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between employees and management.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
Handle HR-related emails, documentation, and employee correspondence professionally.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Good organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, HRMS software, and online recruitment portals.
Ability to manage remote teams and maintain employee productivity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
1–5 years of experience in Human Resources (Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply).

Work from Office (Delhi)
Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
