Job Description – HR Manager (Automobile/Motorcycle Dealership)

Position: Human Resource Manager

Location: Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura New Delhi

• Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing: Hire showroom sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Employee Relations: Maintain discipline, resolve staff grievances, and build a positive work culture.
• Performance Management: Set sales targets, service KPIs, and monitor staff performance.
• Training and Development: Organize product knowledge sessions, soft skills training, and technical workshops.
• Payroll and Incentives: Manage salary, attendance, overtime, and incentive structures.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, dealership SOPs, and manufacturer HR guidelines.
• Workforce Planning: Align manpower requirements with seasonal demand and service load.
• Health and Safety: Implement workplace safety standards in showroom and workshop.
• RequirementsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in automobile or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams across sales, service, and administration.
