Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to manage the complete recruitment process and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and employee management.


Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Customer Support, and other roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Schedule interviews with department heads and coordinate the hiring process.

Follow up with candidates until joining and maintain a healthy joining ratio.


  • HR OperationsPrepare offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Payroll & ComplianceAssist in payroll preparation.
  • Coordinate PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Maintain salary records and employee-related documentation.
  • Employee EngagementAddress employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and performance tracking.
  • AdministrationMaintain HR reports and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
  • Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.
  • Required SkillsExperience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Knowledge of hiring through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, or similar job portals.
  • Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and HR documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience .5–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
  • Freshers with excellent recruitment skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
