HR Recruiter

(Blue Collar)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for Nurses, EMTs, Drivers, and blue-collar workforce.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and field hiring.
• Conduct screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure joining and reduce dropouts.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and vendors for manpower requirements.

 Requirements·     

•   Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring recruitment.
• Experience hiring Nurses, EMTs, Drivers, and frontline workforce preferred.
•  Strong vendor network and manpower sourcing connections.
• Hands-on experience in mass hiring and candidate closure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
•  Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
