Job Title: Recruiter – Household Staff

Salary: ₹ 25,000 per month

Location: Daryaganj, Delhi

Gender: Male Candidate Only

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Relevant Recruitment Experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Field Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end hiring for household staff. The candidate should be smart, active, and capable of sourcing candidates through multiple channels including online portals, agencies, and field recruitment.

Hiring Responsibilities

Recruitment will be done for the following household roles:

• Driver

• Maid

• Cook

• Guard

• Servant

• Caretaker

• Dhobi (Washerman)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment of household staff as per client requirements

• Sourcing candidates through:

o Online job portals

o Recruitment agencies

o Field visits and local sourcing

• Screening candidates for background, experience, behavior, and suitability

• Conducting basic interviews and preliminary verification

• Coordinating between clients and candidates for selection and joining

• Maintaining candidate database and follow-ups

• Ensuring timely hiring and quality manpower

Required Skills & Qualities

• Good IQ and strong understanding of people assessment

• Smart, confident, and presentable personality

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Field-ready mindset with willingness to travel locally

• Good knowledge of household staff hiring standards

• Ability to work independently with responsibility

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidate only

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably household / domestic staffing)

• Familiarity with Delhi local areas is an advantage
