About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

✔ Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

✔ Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/HR interviews.

✔ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

✔ Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure successful joining.

✔ Issue offer letters and support onboarding activities.

✔ Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

✔ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other sourcing platforms.

✔ Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
