Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed , Apna app and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offers and assist with candidate onboarding.
- Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain accurate hiring data.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, and good time management.
- Tools: Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
