Hotel Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of multiple adjoining hotels. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in hotel operations, and expertise in online booking platforms and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple hotels.

Lead and supervise front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and other departments.

Handle and optimize online bookings through OTAs and direct booking channels.

Increase occupancy and revenue through effective sales and revenue management strategies.

Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards.

Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff.

Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and operational performance.

Resolve guest complaints professionally and maintain positive reviews.

Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel management.

Experience managing multiple properties is preferred.

Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).

Good understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, and online distribution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in hotel PMS software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of hotel operations.
