Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries for domestic holiday packages and recommend suitable travel options.

Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel plans based on customer requirements.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales or Holiday Package Sales.

Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations and holiday packages.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
