Job Role:

Selling membership/subscription plans for the Bharat Matrimony application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up on assigned leads
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages
• Explain product features and benefits of Shaadi packages
• Build strong relationships and trust with customers
• Achieve sales targets and maintain quality standards
• Encourage customers to upgrade or renew their matrimony plans

Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO industry (with documents)
• 12 + Graduate candidates can apply [Diploma - 3 years of Course]
• Freshers may also apply [Graduated]

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary
• Incentives: ₹4,000 – ₹10,000
• Fixed weekly off: Sunday
