About the Role


Rivotta India is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Service Operations & Customer Support Division for Audio Visual Systems, Digital Signage, Active LED Displays, Video Conferencing, and System Integration Projects.


The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete service operations including demonstrations, installations, commissioning, customer support, engineer management, and service revenue generation.



Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage complete service operations for:


* Audio Visual Systems

* Active LED Displays (Indoor / Outdoor)

* Digital Signage Solutions

* Video Conferencing Systems

* Display & Collaboration Solutions

* Boardroom & Command Centre Solutions


• Handle product demonstrations, installations, commissioning, and post-sales support

• Manage and supervise service engineers and technical support teams

• Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer complaints

• Coordinate with OEMs for technical escalations and support management

• Generate service revenue through AMC contracts, rentals, repairs, and support services

• Develop SOPs and improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Handle enterprise and government customer accounts professionally



Candidate Profile


• Minimum 15 years of experience in AV / Digital Signage / LED Display / VC Solutions industry

• Strong technical knowledge of Audio Visual & System Integration solutions

• Experience in handling service teams and customer support operations

• Strong communication, leadership, and operational management skills

• Experience in AMC business development and service revenue generation

• Ability to independently manage complete service department operations
