Job Title: Head Chef – Diet & Continental Cuisine

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our cloud kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with strong expertise in healthy diet meals, calorie-controlled menus, continental cuisine, salads, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and modern healthy food concepts. The candidate will be responsible for kitchen management, menu development, food quality, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute healthy, nutritious, and flavorful diet-focused menus.

Prepare and supervise Continental dishes, salads, sandwiches, wraps, pasta, burgers, and meal-prep items.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion control, and food quality.

Develop innovative recipes aligned with health and fitness goals.

Manage kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and daily operations.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and procurement.

Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch for online deliveries.

Collaborate with management on menu planning, promotions, and new product launches.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of diet food, healthy cooking techniques, nutrition, and Continental cuisine.

Experience in cloud kitchens, cafés, meal subscription services, or healthy food brands preferred.

Ability to create low-calorie, high-protein, weight-loss, and fitness-focused meals.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of sports nutrition and meal planning.

Experience with healthy versions of pizzas, burgers, pasta, tacos, wraps, and bowls.

Creative approach to menu innovation and food presentation.
