Desktop Support Technician (1 Vacancy)

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Desktop, Laptop and Printer issues.
• Install and configure Windows, MS Office and other software.
• Install and troubleshoot printers.
• Replace RAM, SSD, HDD and other computer hardware.
• Provide onsite technical support when required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Networking support.
• Good knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Router, Switch and Wi-Fi.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and visit customer sites when required.

Experience: 2–5 Years
