About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented  Design Executive to manage day-to-end design requirements across our brands. The role will involve working on product packaging, labels, cartons, marketing creatives, print-ready artwork, and brand communication materials.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design as well as pre-press, printing processes, packaging artwork, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end design requirements across products and marketing activities.

Create designs from concept development to final print-ready artwork.

Design packaging, labels, cartons, inserts, marketing creatives and other brand collaterals.

Develop packaging layouts, die-lines, print specifications and production artwork.

Handle pre-press activities including artwork checking, colour corrections and file preparation.

Coordinate with printing vendors and production teams to ensure accurate final output.

Review proofs and samples and identify artwork, colour or printing issues before production.

Maintain design masters, source files, artwork records and production files.

Ensure consistency of brand identity, typography, colours and visual language across all products and marketing materials.

Work closely with product, marketing and operations teams to understand design requirements and timelines.

Support production planning and troubleshoot artwork-related issues during manufacturing.

Prepare and share design files, quotations and specifications with vendors wherever required.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and production requirements.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Pre-Press or Print Production.

Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or CorelDRAW.

Good understanding of packaging design, printing processes, colour management and pre-press.

Experience working with die-lines, CMYK, Pantone, bleed, crop marks and print specifications.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify artwork/printing errors.

Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience working with printing vendors will be an added advantage.

A strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, product and print design is preferred.
