Job Description

We are looking for a designer who also edits video, and who knows what makes someone stop scrolling. You will create the ads and social content that bring customers to the brands we grow.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in design and video editing for brands or agencies

Reports to: Sudhir Kumar, Founder

Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000] per month, based on experience


About the role

Paid ads and social media are how our client brands find customers, and creative decides whether they work. You will sit with the media buyer and the strategist, see what performs, and make more of it.


What you will do

  • Design ad creatives for Meta and Google: static posts, carousels and banners
  • Edit short videos, reels and ad videos from shoot footage, with strong hooks, captions, sound and pacing
  • Plan and create social media content for each brand, in line with its content calendar
  • Build and keep brand kits: logo use, colours, fonts and templates
  • Create product, fashion and property visuals, brochures, catalogues and sales material
  • Make several variations of each ad so the media buyer can test what works
  • Work with the media buyer on creative performance and use the results in the next batch
  • Deliver on time, with quick turnarounds when a campaign needs it


What you need

  • A portfolio that shows ad creatives and short-form video you made
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or Canva
  • Video editing skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar
  • A good eye for layout, typography and colour
  • Understanding of vertical video formats, hooks and what holds attention
  • Ability to work fast and take feedback well


Good to have

  • Motion graphics and After Effects basics
  • Experience with D2C, fashion or real estate brands
  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up creative work
  • Captions and copy in both Hindi and English
  • Basic photography or on-set shooting experience


Your first 90 days

Set up the brand kit for each business you support, deliver a steady weekly flow of ads and social content, and build a library of ad variations that the media buyer can test.
