Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, as well as producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Create visual concepts that communicate ideas effectively and strengthen brand identity.
• Develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver compelling designs.
• Video EditingEdit and produce videos for social media, websites, YouTube, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Add sound effects, subtitles, and visual enhancements.
• Color-correct and optimize video footage for various platforms.
• Organize and manage video assets and project files.
• Stay updated on video trends and recommend creative improvements.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva (preferred)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of current design and video trends.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Quality and creativity of design outputs.
