Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator / Graphic Designer who can understand client requirements, prepare print-ready artwork, and manage the pre-press process for various printing projects. The candidate should have a good understanding of layout design, file preparation, and printing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and project specifications.
• Create, modify, and finalize layouts for printing projects.
• Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, margins, and color settings.
• Handle visiting cards, brochures, flyers, packaging, labels, books, catalogs, and other print materials.
• Check artwork quality, fonts, images, and color accuracy before production.
• Coordinate with clients and the production team for smooth execution of jobs.
• Make corrections and revisions as per client feedback.
• Ensure all files are properly organized and delivered on time.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the design and pre-press process.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of print production and pre-press processes.
• Knowledge of CMYK, bleed, crop marks, and print-ready file preparation.
• Strong layouting and typography skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of offset and digital printing processes will be an advantage.

Experience

• Freshers with strong software knowledge can apply.
• Experience in printing press, packaging, or design studio will be preferred.

The candidate should be able to independently handle a project from client requirement understanding → artwork creation/layouting → print file preparation → production coordination, ensuring accurate and high-quality output.
