Government Sales & Tender Executive

Kelvin Enterprises India is a 45-year-old RDSO-approved manufacturer of railway track maintenance equipment supplying all 16 Indian Railway zones. Our clients include IRCON, RITES, Larsen & Toubro, and Konkan Railway Corporation.

We are looking for an experienced Government Sales & Tender Executive to join our team at our Anand Parbat, New Delhi office.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing government tenders from GeM, IREPS, and railway zone portals
• Filing and submitting complete tender applications on time
• Building and maintaining relationships with railway procurement officers and consignees
• Following up on submitted tenders and converting them into confirmed orders
• Visiting government offices and railway zone headquarters as required
• Coordinating with internal team on order fulfillment and delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in government sales or tender management
• Experience with GeM portal and IREPS preferred
• Knowledge of railway or industrial equipment sector is a strong advantage
• Graduate in any discipline
• Fluent Hindi, basic English for documentation
• Honest, reliable, and proactive
