Job Responsibilities

• Manage the company's GeM (Government e-Marketplace) seller account.
• Search and participate in GeM bids, tenders, and reverse auctions.
• Upload and maintain product and service catalogues on the GeM portal.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents before deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Technical, and Dispatch teams for bid execution and order fulfillment.
• Handle GeM purchase orders, invoicing, dispatch tracking, and payment follow-ups.
• Respond to buyer queries and resolve GeM-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, government procurement policies, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain records of bids, orders, contracts, and performance reports.
• Work towards increasing government business through the GeM portal.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of the GeM Portal and tender process.
• Understanding of government procurement procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic commercial documentation is an added advantage.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any.
• Experience in GeM portal handling, tender management, or government sales is preferred.
