Job Description
Responsibilities – Front Office / Reception
Welcome and greet guests professionally.
Maintain excellent guest relations and ensure a personalized guest experience.
Communicate fluently and confidently in English with guests and colleagues.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Handle guest queries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments.
Handle payments, billing, and cash/card transactions accurately.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel PMS.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Promote room upgrades and hotel services when appropriate.
Maintain proper shift handovers and front-office records.
Follow hotel SOPs, safety, security, and service standards.
