Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's teddy bears and soft toy product range.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and production teams regarding order status.
- Inform customers about new product launches, offers, and promotions.
- Collect customer feedback and market information.
