Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and relationship-oriented Franchise Manager to lead our franchise expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing franchise sales, handling inbound franchise inquiries, presenting business opportunities to potential partners, and converting qualified leads into successful franchisees. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth and expanding the company's franchise network.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and qualify franchise inquiries received through various channels.
  • Present the franchise business model, investment requirements, operational structure, and growth opportunities to prospective franchise partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees throughout the sales cycle.
  • Drive franchise sales by converting leads into signed franchise agreements.
  • Maintain and manage the franchise sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreement processing, onboarding, and launch support.
  • Conduct market research to identify new territories and franchise expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales and conversion reports.
  • Support franchise partners during the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into operations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets.


Required Qualifications


  • 2–5 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Channel Development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience working with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
