Food Cart Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the cart at all times.
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and food handling.
• Take ownership of the cart and the surrounding area.
• Handle cash and digital payments responsibly.
• Help increase sales through good customer interaction and basic selling skills.
• Maintain proper stock and report shortages or issues promptly.
• Wear company uniforms and maintain a neat and presentable appearance.

Requirements

• Basic sales and customer handling skills.
• Presentable personality and good communication.
• Responsible and disciplined with a sense of ownership.
• Understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and handle customers confidently.
• Prior experience in food service, restaurants, retail, or street food is preferred but not mandatory.
