Job Description

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are well-stocked.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
• Check product quality, expiry dates, and pricing labels regularly.
• Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and promotional schemes.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Report low stock, damaged items, or any store-related issues to the Store Manager.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
