- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are well-stocked.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counting.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and pricing labels regularly.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, and promotional schemes.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Report low stock, damaged items, or any store-related issues to the Store Manager.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.
