Key Responsibilities :
- Work with assigned bank branches to achieve insurance sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank employees.
- Identify customers visiting the bank who may need life insurance.
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs.
- Assist bank staff in generating leads and closing insurance sales.
- Conduct product training sessions for bank employees.
- Help existing customers with policy servicing and documentation.
- Ensure all sales comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business targets while maintaining business quality.
