Field Support Executive

Job Title: Field Executive

Location : Near Shivaji Park Metro Station, Opp Metro Pillar No. 149, Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver gifts and promotional items to clients.
• Visit clients to address and follow up on complaints or service-related issues.
• Collect and submit office-related documents from clients, vendors, and other locations as required by the company.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding deliveries, collections, and client visits.
• Maintain records of visits, deliveries, and document collections.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.

Requirements

• Valid driving license and ability to travel locally.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for calls, WhatsApp, and location tracking.

Experience: 6–2 years (Freshers can also apply)
