Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager at The Work Designers, you will be the face of our brand on the ground. Your primary mission is to identify prospective clients, build lasting relationships, pitch our signage and branding solutions, and close deals. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role for someone who loves being out in the field and can turn conversations into contracts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


▪      Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking across Delhi NCR.

▪      Conduct field visits to potential client locations — retail outlets, offices, malls, construction sites, and industrial areas.

▪      Present and pitch The Work Designers' full range of services including signboards, hoardings, LED displays, printing, and vehicle branding.

▪      Prepare and share customised quotations in coordination with the design and production team.

▪      Negotiate deals, close orders, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team post-sale.

▪      Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads using CRM tools or daily reporting sheets.

▪      Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders, referrals, and relationship management.

▪      Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

▪      Stay updated on competitor activity, market rates, and emerging branding trends.

▪      Submit daily field reports, activity logs, and weekly performance updates to management.

 

 


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

▪      2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, advertising, or B2B solutions.

▪      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

▪      Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.

▪      Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.

▪      Basic proficiency with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and sharing quotations via mobile.

▪      Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).

▪      Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus, not mandatory.

▪      Ability to understand client briefs quickly and co-ordinate with the design team to propose solutions.

▪      Presentable, professional demeanor with a positive and persistent attitude.
