Field Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, develop new dealers and distributors, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Undertake regular sales tours to meet customers and expand market reach.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive/tractor spare parts preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Salary:

• As per experience + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance (as applicable).
