Lead Generation: Cold-call and visit potential stockists, wholesalers, supermarkets, and local grocery stores (General Trade) within your designated area.

Order Processing: Negotiate prices, finalize bulk orders, and coordinate deliveries with the central warehouse.

Merchandising: Ensure Masala packets have premium shelf placement and setup point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials in shops.

Market Intelligence: Gather competitor pricing and product feedback to report trends back to the Regional Sales Manager.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales quotas.
