Field Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source new customers for
• Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
• Generate
• minimum assigned monthly disbursement as per company target.
• Conduct
• field visits for client acquisition and document collection.
• Explain
• loan products, eligibility, ROI, tenure, and processing charges
• clearly to customers.
• Collect
• and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank
• statements, property papers, etc.
• Coordinate
• with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for file processing and
• approvals.
• Maintain
• strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral
• partners.
• Ensure
• quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement.
• Maintain
• daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Ensure
• compliance with company and lender policies.
• Handle
• customer queries and provide post-disbursement support.
