Job Description
Driving Volume and Growth in the route
1.Achieving Secondary sales target for route
2.Operation of trade schemes/ Product Knowledge as per approval
3.Identify and target new accounts
Market place execution
1. Placement, monitoring of the product & Merchandise
2.Fill and rotate stock on all racks/Self , displays of air space and in store
3.Ensure range availability across route
4.Successful execution of NPD
5.Ensure dealer card and Territory Score Board are updated and used
6.Accurate and timely reporting on Bizom.
7.Achieve secondary sales target
