POSITION DETAILS
Position: Field Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Merchant Acquisition

Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales Work
Location: Delhi NCR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Merchant acquisition and onboarding
• Daily market visits within assigned zones
• Explaining company business model to merchants
• Generating merchant leads and pipeline
• Conducting merchant meetings and follow-ups
• Achieving onboarding targets
• Daily reporting and CRM updates
• Maintaining professional brand representation
DAILY FIELD EXPECTATIONS
• Minimum 20 merchant visits daily
• Minimum 1 merchant onboarding per day
• Target expectation: 2 merchant onboardings daily
• Daily pipeline generation mandatory
• Proper CRM reporting mandatory
WORKING SCHEDULE
Reporting Time: 10:00 AM
Logout Time: 6:00 PM
Saturday: Half Working Day
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
• This is a target-oriented field sales role
• Candidates must be comfortable with daily field activities
• Merchant acquisition performance shall be monitored regularly
• Daily reporting and market discipline are mandatory
