GCO helps shops, restaurants, cafes, salons, clinics, retailers, and service businesses attract and retain customers using digital offers, coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, promotional cards, AI-powered marketing tools, and social media promotion features.
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to visit local businesses, explain the GCO platform, onboard vendors, and help them start using GCO for customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local shops, restaurants, cafes, salons, clinics, retailers, and service businesses.
- Explain the benefits of Monkware’s product, Go Crazy Offers (GCO), to business owners.
- Give product demos and explain features like offers, coupons, reward points, membership cards, stamp cards, promotional cards, AI Assistant, and marketing tools.
- Convert interested vendors into paid customers.
- Complete vendor registration and collect required business details.
- Help vendors with basic onboarding and platform activation.
- Maintain daily visit reports, follow-ups, leads, demos, and closures.
- Achieve monthly vendor onboarding and sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with local vendors and business owners.
- Share vendor feedback, objections, and market response with the Monkware team.
Candidate Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, vendor onboarding, SaaS sales, fintech sales, or local business sales.
- Freshers with good communication and confidence may also apply.
- Experience with companies like Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Google Pay, Justdial, IndiaMART, or similar field-sales companies will be preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable visiting shops and meeting business owners daily.
- Basic smartphone knowledge is required.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Daily Work Expectations:
- 15–20 shop visits per day.
- Regular follow-up with interested vendors.
- Daily reporting of visits, demos, interested vendors, and closures.
- Focus on quality vendor onboarding, activation, and long-term vendor success.
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
Incentives will be based on vendor onboarding, activation, payment collection, retention, and overall sales quality.
