Field Sales Executive — Healthcare AI (Delhi-NCR) | Base + High Incentives

We’re a healthcare AI company. Our product answers phone calls for clinics and hospitals so they never miss a patient. Your job is to visit clinics across your area, meet doctors, understand their problems, and set up meetings for our senior team to close. You won’t be asked to close deals yourself — you find and qualify the right clinics, we do the rest.

What you’ll do

•   Visit clinics, diagnostic centres and doctors’ practices in your assigned area — this is a field job, you’ll be out most of the day

•   Talk to doctors and front-desk staff, understand how they handle patient calls

•   Ask a few simple questions and note the answers accurately

•   Book meetings for our senior team with the right clinics

•   Keep your visits and notes updated in our system

What we’re looking for

•   You’re comfortable walking into places that aren’t expecting you — this is the most important thing

•   You’re presentable, polite, and good with people

•   You have a two-wheeler and licence (or a reliable way to move around your area all day)

•   Hindi and basic English

•   1–3 years of field work — pharma, medical devices, lab sales, insurance, or similar — is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience

What you’ll earn

•   Fixed monthly salary, plus strong incentives for every good meeting and every deal that closes

•   Good performers earn well above base — the harder you qualify, the more you make

•   Travel reimbursed

This is a field job. You’ll walk into clinics that aren’t expecting you, all day, and some will turn you away. The people who are good at this do very well here. If you want a desk or phone job, this isn’t it.
