Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for the Ayurvedic / OTC Division to handle field sales, product promotion, and retailer engagement in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit 25–30 chemists and Ayurvedic stores daily in the assigned area.
• Meet dispenser doctors, Ayurvedacharyas, and healthcare practitioners for product promotion.
• Generate secondary sales and increase product movement from retail outlets.
• Ensure product visibility and placement at stores.
• Develop new retailers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily reports.
• Coordinate with distributors and super stockists for product availability.
• Regularly visit retail chemists and semi-wholesalers in the assigned territory.

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Ayurvedic, Pharma, or OTC Sales
• Prior Pharma/OTC sales experience is mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in OTC / Ayurvedic product promotion preferred
• Strong relationships with retailers and distributors
• Good territory and market knowledge
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Strong field sales and market expansion capability

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Local Daily DA: ₹250–300
• Working Days:6 Days a Week
