About AIRTH
AIRTH is a clean-air technology company offering innovative air-purification solutions that upgrade your existing HVAC Systems into powerful air-purification systems.
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to conduct product demonstrations and expand our business across Delhi NCR.
This is a 100% field-based and target-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit gyms, schools, offices, clinics, hospitals, hotels, residential societies and other commercial establishments.
- Identify and meet owners, administrative heads, facility managers, HR teams, purchase managers and other decision-makers.
- Demonstrate indoor air-quality improvement wherever required.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, local market research and company-provided databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations and installation teams for order execution.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports, prospect details and follow-up status in the company CRM or Google Sheet.
Candidates with prior experience in HVAC Industry or B2B product demonstrations will be preferred.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field sales, B2B sales, institutional sales or product demonstrations.
- Must be comfortable travelling throughout Delhi NCR.
- Must be willing to spend most of the working day in the field.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-based sales role.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good presentation, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strictly 6 days working.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 25,000-35,000, depending on experience
- Attractive performance-based sales incentives
