Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for the Delhi region. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, meeting architects/consultants/dealers, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships in the HVAC and ventilation industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
  • Meet architects, builders, MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors.
  • Promote Astberg ventilation and fresh air products in the Delhi/NCR market.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
  • Identify upcoming projects and ensure product specifications in projects.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
  • Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
