Field Sales Executive

Generate sales of TMT bars within the assigned territory.

* Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

* Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers to promote products.

* Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.

* Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer visit reports.

* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely product delivery.

* Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
