Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding our market presence by onboarding new clients such as distributors and retailers. The candidate should be target-driven and capable of generating consistent business growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Promote and sell company products (Agarbatti, Dhoopbatti, etc.) in the assigned area.
• Conduct regular market visits and generate leads.
• Ensure timely order collection and coordination with the operations team.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
