Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales and merchant acquisition, with the ability to identify, approach, and onboard new merchants while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new merchants within the assigned territory.

* Conduct field visits to meet prospective merchants and promote the company's products/services.

* Onboard merchants by completing the required documentation and verification process.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.

* Track sales activities and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Direct Sales, or B2B Sales.

* Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and merchant acquisition.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

* Familiarity with the local market in Delhi NCR is preferred.

* Graduate or Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may apply.
