Field Sales Executive

Oroglow Professional is a growing professional skincare and haircare brand. We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to expand our business by visiting salons, beauty parlours, and distributors across Delhi.

• Key Responsibilities Visit 15–20 salons and beauty parlours daily.
• Generate new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Promote and demonstrate Oroglow Professional products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat orders.
• Coordinate with the distributor for order fulfilment.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Submit daily visit and sales reports.
• Requirements1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, FMCG, Personal Care or Pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates residing in Delhi will be preferred.
