Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Merchant Onboarding Executives to onboard merchants and promote our digital payment solutions, including QR and merchant payment services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit local markets, shops, and businesses to identify potential merchants.
• Explain the benefits and features of our QR/payment solutions.
• Complete merchant onboarding and KYC as per company guidelines.
• Ensure accurate collection and verification of merchant documents.
• Generate and activate QR codes for eligible merchants.
• Educate merchants on QR transactions, settlements, and other payment services.
• Maintain daily onboarding and productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Follow up with onboarded merchants to encourage regular transactions.
• Submit daily activity and onboarding reports to the team leader.
• Resolve basic merchant queries and coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
• EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
• Sales or field experience in fintech, banking, telecom, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
