Field Executive

2–3 years of field sales experience.

Experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, plumbing, building materials, tiles, paints, hardware, or home improvement products.

MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred (Graduate with relevant sales experience can also be considered if flexible).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience meeting customers, plumbers, contractors, architects, and builders.

Ability to explain products and give product demonstrations.

Experience in lead generation, market development, and achieving sales targets.

Comfortable with 70% field work and 30% in-store sales.

Able to handle customer queries and complaints.

Knowledge of retail/dealer sales and secondary sales is preferred.

Experience using a CRM or mobile app to update leads is an added advantage.

Age preference: Around 26 years (as per JD).
