Job Description
Job Title:** Field Executive – Captain Onboarding (E-Rickshaw/Auto)
Company:** Rapido
Location = Delhi NCR:** Ghaziabad, East Delhi, West Delhi
Salary: Incentives based 15000-25000
Experience:0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Education:** 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
Working Days:** 6 Days/Week
Job Responsibilities:
* Onboard E-Rickshaw and Auto Captains in assigned areas.
* Verify documents and ensure compliance.
* Assist captains with account activation.
* Ensure first-ride completion.
* Achieve daily onboarding targets and maintain reports.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in the local language.
* Basic smartphone knowledge.
* Local area knowledge of the assigned area.
* Field sales or onboarding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
