Job Description: Vardhman Pen Private Limited is looking for a Field Executive to handle both field and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and be comfortable with on-site visits as well as office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🚶 Field Work:
- Visit clients, distributors, and retailers for business development.
- Deliver documents, collect payments, and handle official outdoor tasks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
🗂️ Office Work:
- Maintain records of client interactions and field visits.
- Assist in sales coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports and update management on market trends.
- Requirements: Gender: Only male candidates can apply.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar field or sales role.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi preferred
